Support Ryan Camp’s Healing

Donation protected
As some may be aware, Ryan and Stephanie Camp and their boys have been through a horrific accident this past month. To put the story in context, it’s important to note that they have spent this last year building their family home in the Cleveland, Tennessee area. In order to put the building budget within reach, Ryan (with Stephanie by his side) has been doing a lot of the work himself with his love of good craftsmanship and building skills. On Friday night, June 14, Ryan fell from the third story roof when a scaffolding tipped off the back porch. Though it was a miracle Ryan was not fatally injured, he suffered a partially collapsed lung, shattered pelvis, and a very serious broken femur. This all required a Life Flight, an emergency surgery and a month long hospital stay.  The road to recovery will be a very long process requiring physical therapy and the use of a wheelchair. As you can imagine, the Camp family has been devastated by this accident but yet inexpressibly thankful to God that Ryan is expected to walk again. Ryan was planning on doing much of the building work of the house himself, but out of necessity, Stephanie has now had to hire it out so it can be ready for Ryan to come home.  In addition to this unexpected cost, and due to the nature of Ryan’s self-employment, the family’s health insurance carries a very high deductible and maximum out of pocket. They are in need of help from their family and friends. We are asking for help to minimize the cost of the medical bills the family has incurred so they can soon return to working and sharing with their community.

I know Ryan and Stephanie have a lot of family and friends throughout the US that would like to help them during their time of need, so I’d like to set a goal of $15,000 and have it raised within two weeks.

It’s obvious that God has enormous plans for Ryan (including running after his three boys) and I’m so thankful to be part of his recovery. Please join me in supporting him today!
