On Thursday, March 21st, I was rushed into emergency surgery after a perforation in my colon. The rupture happened in the 20% of the colon wall made up of connective tissue and fat—meaning I didn’t go septic because no stool had leaked into my system. It was luck. Plain and simple.
The surgeons had to place a temporary colostomy bag. I’ll need another surgery in about 6–8 weeks to reverse it and reconnect everything. Until then, I’m living with this bag, healing from the trauma, and unable to work at full capacity.
This situation isn’t just medical—it’s financial. My business, HungerFF.com, is how I survive. Right now, I’m facing hospital bills, recovery time, and the loss of income while I physically can’t shoot or create content the way I normally do. I’m not someone who’s ever liked asking for help, but I’m doing it now—because I have to.
If you’re able to contribute, I genuinely appreciate it. If you’re not, sharing this helps just as much. I’m still here. Still fighting. And I want to come back from this stronger than ever.
