Support Sadie's Journey to Health

Below is from a dear friend in Israel who needs help to fund treatment for his beloved four-legged companion. Those of us who are dog owners know that our puppies (they are always our puppies) are family. We do not see them as animals and we would do anything to make them healthy and happy. I am asking you to trust me with your donations. I will make sure funds are used only for the purpose described below. Any amount can help. Thank you!
From my friend:
Sadie, a German Shepherd Dog (GSD), has been with me since she was 4.5 weeks old. Now 7.75 years old, turning 8 in September. The life span for GSDs is 9-13 years, with only 10% living past 12.
I took her to the animal hospital oncology department when I found a growth on her neck. The veterinarians did a full pre-op examination (X-rays, Ultrasound, Imaging, Blood-Tests, Needle Aspiration Biopsies) and found 5 operable growths that they recommend removing urgently. All five are hemangiosarcoma, but thank GOD there are no internal signs of metastasis... yet - (i.e. a month ago).
Expected costs are in the range of $7000 - I have medical insurance for her, but they only might reimburse some of this amount later - maybe, and probably not...
My options are either do my best to find a way to pay for these costs to prolong her life and time with me, or let her suffer which is not an option.
I emptied my bank account and spent all my savings on her, i.e. everything I had ($3500), to pay for the pre-op vet visits and hospital oncology exams for her pre-op cancer treatment.
The operation and post-op lab biopsies for five tumors will be ~$3500-4000. During those three weeks of pre-op vet and hospital visits, I couldn’t work much and at the same time take care of her pre-op cancer treatment, so I had no choice: I couldn’t work much = earn much; the financial bleeding was doubly painful.
She needs the operation yesterday/last-month, but I don’t have the money or credit card, and it will take months to earn and save this amount, and I can’t gamble with her life, can’t let her suffer, and can’t kill her because of not enough money when an operation can remove the tumors, prevent metastasis, and give her another 24-36+ months of life, GOD-willing.
She is 8, and I am the original owner since age 4.5 weeks, and never abandoned her when times were/are tough.
If I cannot afford treatment and if these tumors metastasize in the months it will take me to save this amount, I will have no choice but to euthanize her which will cause me to suffer and mourn her needless death.
Sadie is my family and I will do everything possible to get her healthy including swallow my embarrassment to ask for charity to beg for her life and soul: Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In pictures below you can see the area of one of the 5 tumors on her left hind leg before we visited the vet (i.e. 5 weeks ago), and then the remaining pictures are from last night (02 / AUGUST / 2024) after several weeks since they shaved the area, and the area starting to grow back fur, now you can see the cancer growing there that hurts her very much.
In the pictures, you can see one of the cancer tumors in her leg that hurts her; all day she is messing with it, whining, whimpering, pointing to it to tell me it hurts her asking me to help her remove the pain, trying to remove the pain from her body; 1 of 5 tumors.
