Update: It is with profound sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Sai Teja Chennu. After bravely fighting for his life in the hospital, Sai Teja succumbed to his injuries. This tragic loss comes shortly after the passing of his beloved wife, Haritha Degapudi, in the same devastating car accident near Dallas.

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of this loving couple, whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many. Sai Teja is survived by his mother, who is now left alone and grieving the loss of her son. As the sole breadwinner of his family, Sai's passing places an immense emotional and financial burden on his mother.

We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support and generosity from all of you. The funds being raised will be used to cover the expenses to take Haritha and Sai Teja back to India. Any remaining funds will be shared with their families to assist them during this difficult time.
