Support Samira's Fight for Her Camper

My name is Samira, and I have two small children as well as a baby on the way. I'm currently 7 months or 28 weeks along. My family and I were using the camper to live in long-term until I was able to save up enough to get debts paid off, fix my credit, and buy a house.

Since last month in January, which is the month my camper was stolen right off a church parking lot in the Great Bridge area, my kids and I have been homeless, living in my car. We were staying in winter shelters, but everyone was sick and gave my children and me the flu and RSV, so I refused to have my kids and me around any of that as they are completely well now from their symptoms. Praise God.

I am working with detectives to try to get my camper back because I have roughly 10 weeks until the new baby gets here, and I don’t want her to come into the world homeless, living in my car with my other kids and me. I would love for all of us to be back in the camper, especially since seeing a news story on a woman losing her two children to hypothermia. The camper was paid off with all the money I had. It really breaks my heart just knowing someone can go out and steal from a family who is now completely homeless due to that theft.
