Support Sam's Healing Pacific Crest Trail Journey

Hello, everyone! For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Sam. I’m going to be very frank, the past few years have been a shit show for me: - My fiancé left me just a few months before our wedding, completely altering my life path and changing my outlook on how life was going be, moving forward. -My mother, who was my best friend and the matriarch of our family, was taken from us by a slow disease called pulmonary fibrosis. She battled courageously, but some things just can’t be stopped! - My dog…who was truly my best friend after my mom passed, and who had been by my side for years, just died days ago. He was my road dog! And Wrigley his brother passed a little more than a year ago. Life has kicked my ass and I’m in need of a reset. I know it’s cliche, but I need to find myself! So I’ve decided to partake in a grueling task - to conquer the Pacific Crest Trail. 2650 miles from the border of Mexico up to Canada! Unfortunately, this will be an expensive journey and I am humbly asking you to help. I know the cost of groceries is a bit crazy right now, but if you can spare anything for me, I’d love to accept your help. Gear and food is going to be expensive!! I will be posting my journey along the way, of course, and it should take 5-6 months. ‍Planned start end of March.
