Support Sam's Recovery From Real Estate Wire Fraud

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Gabby and I am Sam Du Sablon's sister. Sam is an active member of the Jacksonville community working in the Jacksonville restaurant business and owning a local Barber shop. I am writing asking your support for my brother who has recently been a victim of real estate wire fraud. Sam has had a tough year. He is a newly divorced, Marine Corps Veteran and father of three. He was planning to start this new chapter of his life by purchasing a new home for his family. His down payment of $85,000 was wired to a fraudulent account without hopes of retrieval. This is an obviously devastating financial loss during a difficult time for Sam. I am writing to you not only for your help financially to help Sam recuperate some of this loss but to inform you of the risk of fraud in the home buying process which apparently is not unheard of but not discussed enough. Somewhere along the home buying process, a member of Sam's home buying team was hacked and Sam's private information was stolen. This easily could have happened to you, me or any of our loved ones. The internet is not a safe place and I warn you to always make a wire transfer over the phone. Your donations will go towards assisting Sam pay off the extra debt he has accumulated.
