We are reaching out to reunite a sick child and a hard-working mother living in two different parts of the world.
Julika, our kind-hearted colleague is a 63-old Hungarian lady working as a cleaner at a hotel in London, while her son is treated with cancer in Hungary.
He is in a lot of pain and left with no income, so Julika is supporting him and paying for his medication from her tiny salary.
We just can`t imagine how hard it could be not being able to see, hug and care for your sick son because of travel restrictions, a demanding job but mostly because of lack of money.
If anything, we believe we can change this last bit: so here we are raising money to help her take a longer unpaid leave – giving her and the son precious time together and the hope of recovery by covering or supporting their costs
