Support Santiago Vasquez's Memorial Arrangements

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news about the passing Santiago Vasquez, beloved son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. Affectionately known as “Chaguito" by those who knew him best, he will be remembered for his big heart, his sincere love for people, and the warm smile that accompanied his memorable humor.
Chaguito was a big sports fan, who enjoyed both watching and playing them with his friends and family. He was also very connected with his culture, which he displayed through his love of Puerto Rican food and music.
Despite his 8 year long battle with leukemia and other challenges, he was in good spirits and always kept that smile on his face. Unfortunately, he lost his battle on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Chaguito will be missed, but it is comforting to know that he is at peace. During this difficult time, we hold on to the hope we have for the near future, as recorded in John 5:28, 29, where Jesus Christ promises that "those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."
Chaguito leaves behind his beloved mother, Gladys; his three sisters, Vivian, Veronica, and Vernice; his significant other, Evita; his four sons, Isaiah, Sebastian, Jaden, and Carter; his two daughters, Asia and Peyton; and his only grandson, Isaiah Jr.
As we come to terms with this profound loss, we are faced with the financial responsibility of arranging a dignified farewell for Santiago “Chaguito” Vasquez. Because of this, we are reaching out for support in covering these unforeseen expenses. Any and all contributions made will be immensely appreciated and will go directly towards the costs of these arrangements.
We are deeply grateful for the support, kindness, and sympathy we have already received. Your generosity will allow us to honor Chaguito’s memory and provide a fitting tribute to his life.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion and support.
Sincerely,
The Vasquez Family
