Santiago's Uganda Mission Trip 2025

Friends and Family,

This upcoming year I have been allowed the opportunity to serve on an 11-day mission trip to Uganda, Africa. With much prayer, I will join a team alongside the Burning Bush International Organization to continue their work in the villages surrounding Uganda.

Our goal is to travel to different villages to check on previously installed wells, provide goats from the BBI Goat Project, and preach the gospel at these gatherings, as well as prisons around Uganda.

Burning Bush International is a well-established non-profit organization that has been serving the people of Uganda for 12 years. You may see Jim and Nanci Rhodes at Valley Christian Church on Sundays, but they are committed to sharing the love of Jesus with so many across the world. Through their organization, they have provided food, livestock, and clean water to many villages in Uganda. Their goat project specifically raises money to provide female goats to villages to be able to provide children with higher education.

The Clean Water Project has installed over 40 wells. These wells have provided thousands of people with fresh clean water and have pointed them to the ultimate giver, Jesus.

I have a deep desire to preach the gospel to the people of Uganda and use the gifts God has given me to further the kingdom. My prayer is to serve and share the transforming love of Christ with as many people as possible.

The costs associated with this mission trip, including airfare, vaccinations, visa fees, food, and lodging are significant and would not be possible without a team of financial and prayer supporters. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me?
