Hi everyone,

My name is Sarah Stevens, an acoustic guitar player from Vlaardingen. Music has always been my passion, and after a significant personal journey, I’m thrilled to get back into the studio and on stage. Today, I’m reaching out for your help to make my new album, “After All, A-Typical,” a reality.

My Musical Journey

Music has been my sanctuary and source of joy since I was young. Inspired by the incredible talents of Michael Fix and Adam Rafferty, and profoundly moved by Tommy Emmanuel, I’ve devoted my life to the acoustic guitar. In 2009, when I started playing fingerstyle, I made a bold declaration: within five years, I would be on stage with Tommy Emmanuel. Remarkably, this dream came true in 2014 when I had the honor of opening for Tommy – one of my greatest achievements.

In 2013, I released my debut album, “Moree,” as a tribute to my first guitar mentor. This was followed by my second album, “Still Waters Run Deep,” in 2016. That same year, I played shows together with Michael Fix, sharing my music with audiences.

A Personal Journey

From 2017 until 2023, I took time off to focus on something very important – my transition from male to female. It was a profound and necessary journey for me. Now, as my true self, I’m ready to share my music with you all again.
