Support Sarah’s recovery: Renown Dog grooming tragedy

Sarah is an incredible mom, a devoted sister, and a loving daughter who pours her heart into everything she does. She balances raising her two boys, Chase and Rylen, with running a well-respected dog grooming business. Despite the challenges of single motherhood this past year, Sarah always puts her children first, creating cherished memories and special moments together.

This morning, January 19th 2025, brought an unimaginable tragedy. While checking on her dog grooming trailer, a propane tank exploded, resulting in Sarah catching on fire. In a moment of remarkable bravery, Sarah managed to escape the trailer, got outside and rolled in the snow to extinguish the fire and attempted to get the clothing off that had been burnt to her body. After calling 911, paramedics arrived and determined she needed urgent care, leading to her being airlifted by STARS to Saskatoon for medical treatment.

Sarah has suffered severe burns on her body, including her most valuable asset as a dog groomer, her hands. As Sarah faces this lengthy recovery, she will need to take time off from her business, and the uncertainty of what the future holds weighs heavily on her. After already having a challenging year, Sarah needs our help more than ever. Let’s rally around her and her boys, Chase and Rylen, and support her through this difficult time.
