Support Sassy's Emergency Veterinary Care

Hello! Sassy, whose picture is on the cover, is recovering from a sudden and life-threatening illness. Sassy, (as you are aware if you know her) is the most playful of dogs. She is normally eager for a walk, a visit with her human friends (like me) or a chance to annoy her big sister Ruby. But over the weekend, Sassy became very ill with multiple issues and a previously unknown lethargy. Because of the weekend, the only available care was the Cornell Veterinary clinic.

Sometimes you have to make a decision between saving the pet you love, and saving your resources. Dave and Robin Cleland chose to save Sassy through the Cornell vets, but at substantial cost. I am Joni Fish-Gertz, Sassy's friend and Robin and Dave's neighbor. I've chosen to create this page to thank them for choosing to save Sassy and to help them with the expenses associated with her emergency care.
