Support Scientific Research on the Nazca Mummies!

Qualified researchers of the recent discovery of the tridactyl (3 fingers, 3 toes) Nazca Mummies (NMs) near Ica, Peru have proven beyond reasonable doubt that these specimens are real! Further research is necessary to fully understand who the NMs were, how they came to be, and what their place was within the Nazca culture. The three separate species discovered so far appear to have no previous antecedents found within the fossil record, suggesting these creatures suddenly appeared "out of nowhere". If this is true, the implications of this are astounding and critically important in addressing the question, "Are we alone?"

Detailed radiological studies, including multiple CT scans already carried out, have resolved the "are they real" question. Further DNA studies are warranted to replicate the finding that one NM, "Maria", shares 30% of her DNA sequences with humans. DNA studies are expensive to carry out and Peru is not a wealthy country.
