Support Scott Roses Family
Donation protected
On Monday 2nd September 2019, the world of Tenniel, Lacey and Nash Rose came crashing down as their beloved husband and father, Scott, was fatally killed by a driver who fled the scene in a horrific hit and run.
Scott had been out on a ride with a friend on Monday afternoon when tragedy struck. The driver allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign, hitting both Scott and his friend (who is thankfully ok), and left them both on the side of the road, allegedly fleeing the crime scene where Scott sadly passed away.
The driver of the car was arrested by Police at 2am on Tuesday morning at Brisbane International Airport, allegedly attempting to board a plane with a one way ticket to the UK via Hong Kong, to flee from any responsibility of the horrific crime he had committed.
He had allegedly hidden the car he was driving in an effort to avoid detection, and this was thankfully recovered the following day. He now faces 7+ charges in relation to Scott’s death.
As the sole income provider for his family, Scott’s tragic death is impacting his family in so many awful ways, including financially.
At this horrible time of need it would be most appreciated if as a community we can get together to support Tenniel, Nash and Lacey so that finances are one less thing they need to worry about. It is one burden that we can actually help to lift. All funds donated will go directly to the family to assist with all related costs and assist in supporting this family through this time. Every little bit helps.
There have been many news articles on this story and one is linked below for your reference.
Thank you in advance to everyone who donates, to all of the people who have offered their support and kindness, the first responders on scene, and those who went past the accident and stopped to help, we are forever grateful.
For those asking, I am Tenniel’s brother, Codie.
Thanks again.
