Support Sean- Super Grand Dad!

Hey Everyone,

It might be a bit strange for me to be writing this because I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Sean Kelley in person. But, you see, I'm writing on behalf of my dear friend Rachel and I know how much he means to her and the rest of his family. Knowing how loved he is, and how many he has touched, I can't help but want to do everything I can to help.

The Man Behind the Stories:

I've been lucky to hear many stories about Sean as a man, dad, and grandfather. A true Renaissance man. Sean is known for his craftsmanship in woodworking and building, his gorgeous photography, his culinary creations, and his love of the great outdoors. But these are just facets of what makes Sean the kind of guy that people feel lucky to have in their lives.

Rachel often talks about how her dad has an uncanny way of fixing things. She says “He's the one I call if anything needs to be fixed or something isn't working right”. This of course means the calls about a weird car noise, the washing machine on the fritz, etc. but also major life moments. Sean is the call when you need perspective, wisdom, and compassion. He shows up ready to support- whether it’s a DIY emergency or to clap the loudest at his son’s guitar gigs.

Facing the Battle:

Recently, life threw a curveball - stage 3 lung cancer. Unfortunately, this is one thing that Sean can't fix on his own. The man who has been a strength to so many now needs help.

Fighting cancer is a job in and of itself. The last thing someone should have to worry about is bills when they’re fighting for their lives or the lives of their loved ones.

We've set up this GoFundMe to hopefully alleviate some of the financial pressure. I might not know Sean Kelley personally, but I've seen the impact he’s had on my friend’s life. Whether you've met Sean or not, your support can bridge the gap between strangers and friends.
