All Produce to The People!
Please support the revolutionary work of the Self Help Hunger Program operating out of Drivers Plaza in North Oakland and South Berkeley. The Self Help Hunger Program is a panther lead survival program stewarded by Aunti France Moore.
Each Tuesday the Self Help Hunger Program feeds 60+ elders and others a hot organic meal year round as well providing organic produce, legal services, canned goods, and other services. For years this program was sustained through Aunti Frances SSI check, but the need and the work has grown so much and we are turning to the commUNITY to continue the GOOD WORK.
Please help us raise $1500 on gofundme to sustain the work of Self Help Hunger Program in 2020.
Funds will be used to:
-Provide 60 FREE hot organic meals every Tuesday @ Drivers Plaza
-Provide FREE organic produce at the Melvin Dickson Produce Kiosk
-Care for 70 fruit trees in the Drivers Plaza Memorial Fruit Orchard
-Rides free rides and legal support for Elders in the park
