Support Sharon Wells' Brain Aneurysm Recovery
Donation protected
Hey yal’, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart but also with hope. Last weekend, my mother, Sharon Wells, was suddenly diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. She was rushed to St. Dominick in Jackson, MS, where doctors worked urgently to stop the bleeding on her brain. She is now facing a long and difficult road to recovery, spending time weeks in the ICU under close watch for complications.
My mom is one the strongest people I know. She is a selfless woman, dedicating her time to helping others—especially in her work at a boys’ home, where she’s made a real difference in so many young lives. But now, she is the one who needs help. As her oldest son, I want to do everything I can to support her during this challenging time.
Being a single mother who lives alone, this situation places an immense financial burden on her, even beyond the physical and emotional toll. Between medical expenses and the time she’ll need to fully recover, I’m asking for any support you can give to help lighten her load.
I know times are tough for everyone, and asking for help is never easy, but after a lot of prayer and thought, I decided to put my trust in the kindness of friends, family, and even those who don’t know my mom personally but understand the power of community.
Anything—whether a donation, a share, or a prayer—is deeply appreciated more than I can ever express. My mom is a fighter, but she also means the world to me. Thank you all for your love, support, and for being there for my momma.
