Help Shawna and her family Battle Cancer

My name is Shawna; I am a wife and mom of 3 amazing kids. In June of 2024, our entire world was turned upside down. June 18th, to be exact, was the day I got the call from my doctor and heard the words “Metastatic Colon Cancer!” I am normally very good at holding myself together at staying calm and cool under pressure BUT nothing could have ever prepared me for this part of my life I have done so many things that I am lucky and blessed to have done with my children (all of them) being at the top of that list birthed or bonus they are my reason for breathing for waking up every single day and fighting this battle

When I first got diagnosed I was so sick spending days/weeks at a time in the hospital I had the luck of applying for and quickly being approved for Social Security at the time my prognosis wasn't good in that first initial meeting with my now Oncologist he wasn't optimistic in even giving me a year By the grace of God I have made it 9 months (and counting) as always with anything good comes the bad months after being approved and actually receiving multiple social security payments they have now decided I no longer qualify for their help NOT only do i no longer qualify I owe them ALL of the money they have sent me This GoFundMe is my attempt to pay them back without causing anymore harm and stress to my family than the Cancer has already done!!! As I said before I am not good with words I am not good at asking for things that aren’t directly related to my kids! We can use all the help we can get;
