Let’s get Joseph and Layla off the streets!

I’m Shelby, a resident of Murrells Inlet. This gentleman and his senior dog in the Myrtle Beach area are homeless. He has had her since a pup and have fallen on hard times. I met them a couple of weeks ago while at Walmart S Kings Hwy by the beach and 501. I have helped them out some, but I am worried especially now that there is a tropical storm coming!
