Support Silverio's Fight for Health and Hope

Silverio has spent most of his life being independent and consistently dedicating himself to achieving excellence in every aspect of his professional and personal life. Always looking out for family and friends, being there for those who needed help. Unfortunately, his health has required him to stop working and focus on trying to get better. It has taken much longer than expected, and State Disability has been exhausted. Due to his health increasingly getting worse, his spouse had to change jobs and take time off to care for him. With one income trying to hold them above water while the medical bills come in tenfold, they are finding themselves struggling with daily needs. They find themselves needing financial assistance with co-insurance payments, medications, medical items needed, trips to numerous upcoming surgeries, food, and hotels for the out-of-town procedures. Silverio has numerous health conditions requiring over 29 prescriptions, numerous trips for pain control treatments, and several upcoming surgeries. One surgery will cost $4,000 before surgery, another surgeon is charging $8,000 out of pocket, then there's the anesthesiologist's costs to be determined, and that's just for December's surgery on Christmas Eve. There are several other surgeries to be scheduled next year with similar costs for each.

Silverio's conditions leave his body riddled with pain, causing him to be bedbound at times, needing assistance with cleaning, changing, eating, and more. When these surgeries happen, he will be even more reliant on his spouse to care for him, leaving the spouse unable to work to provide this level of care while also paying for all the medical treatments, medical items, shelter, food, and daily needs.
