Support SJ's Journey to Recovery

Donation protected

Greetings to all of our family, friends and well-wishers we've reached day 109 on this incredible journey with SJ. With the help of the Lord, we have endured both challenges and setbacks along this journey. SJ has overcome many obstacles over the past months. Following a stay of 3 weeks at a local children's hospital for an allergic reaction to medication SJ returned to TIRR Memorial Hermann for an additional week of observation and therapy prior to his eventual discharge on October 1st. His perseverance, strength and courage were displayed throughout this ordeal and is a true testament to his inner faith instilled by his late great grandmother.

Unfortunately, the results of this injury have left SJ confined to a wheelchair, however his positive spirit combined with the number of prayers and well-wishers continues to give us hope that a miracle is yet to come. The family and SJ arrived home Tuesday October 1st to an amazing homecoming celebration. He was met by family, friends, football teammates and channel 11 news to record this long-awaited reunion.

The family remains eternally grateful for your continued prayers and financial support which is essential for additional rehabilitation, mental and moral support.

Just keep praying, family, friends. God is able.

Please continue to donate what you can as we embark upon the third level of this journey.

Thank you in advance.
