Support Skin Spa Asheville Team's Recovery

To see the devastation of so many beloved places and to hear the stories from people in our community who lost so much is gut-wrenching. It truly is unimaginable devastation that took us by surprise.

We have been in business in downtown Asheville since 2013. When Hurricane Helene came, we had 17 employees on our team. Thankfully, everyone on the team is okay from the immediate effects of the storm, but we are all out of work as the Asheville water infrastructure is severely damaged.

As a small business owner, it's been a roller coaster of emotions from feeling like we're gonna come back strong, to wondering if we're ever gonna be able to come back. I can say with all my heart the Skin Spa Asheville team are truly the kindest and most amazing people you could ever meet. They have been serving the area as massage therapists and estheticians, and are by nature givers.

I was hoping we would be able to come back to work sooner, but we still have many challenges ahead before we can open up the spa and get back to work. I'm creating this for all the staff on our team, to help pay for their immediate needs like food, rent, utilities, etc., until we can get back to doing what we love, serving the beautiful community of Asheville that we call home.
