Support Skipp Benzing's Brain Tumor Battle

Our names are Nikki and Danny Lynam and we are members of CrossFit MadTown, which is owned by the amazing Skipp and Keysha Benzing of Mount Horeb, WI. We are creating this GoFundMe to generate funds to help the Benzings during a scary and trying time.

For those of you that are not aware, Skipp hasn’t been feeling himself lately. He went into the emergency department on 7/21 after experiencing diminished mobility and control of his left side. After some tests, the doctors discovered that Skipp has a brain tumor that will need to be removed as soon as possible. Skipp has upcoming appointments where he will be working with his care team to create the best possible treatment plan. Right now, there is still a lot of unknown.

Skipp and Keysha's passion for the gym is only matched by their passion for their farm and family which includes four wonderful kids. They opened CrossFit MadTown in 2009 and were able to cultivate a community of strong, kind and encouraging athletes of all ages. Skipp is crazy-good at programming, but he’s even better at building personal connections. We were lucky enough to have him get ordained and officiate our wedding in 2022!

Right now, Skipp needs to focus on getting through these next steps and recovering. Any donations to help support Skipp and his family would be appreciated!
