Support Sol Legare Family Devastated By Fire

On May 1st, Ms. Deborah Richardson nearly lost her life in a horrific fire on Sol Legare, James Island, SC. By the grace of God, Ms. Richardson, her children, her sister, Penelope R. Gardner and her sweet grandkids who were all living at the home are safe. Unfortunately, the only home they knew was destroyed in the fire. It was a home well known to those of us who grew up on Sol Legare as its one of the oldest houses in our community.

The family lived in that house for several generations and everything in it was totally lost and uninsured. The family is left with just the clothes they were wearing during the fire. Ms. Richardson, her kids, and grandkids are currently all separated, temporarily staying with kind neighbors.
