Support Sonia's Journey to Complete Her Family

Hi, my name is Sonia Arroyo, and I am a 34-year-old woman whose life was turned upside down after a routine surgery for an ovarian cyst. I woke up to learn that what was thought to be a simple cyst was actually a 10 cm borderline tumor that affected both my fallopian tubes and ovaries, all of which were surgically removed. Devastated, I learned that my ability to conceive naturally is no longer possible. With close monitoring from my oncologist to prevent further complications, my time to conceive is limited. Thankfully, my doctor was able to preserve part of my left ovary, giving my husband and I a chance at IVF. However, the cost of IVF is a huge financial burden for us, as we are already stretched thin with daily and monthly expenses. We have a beautiful 6-year-old daughter who is excited to become a big sister, and we want to complete our family.
