Support Sophia with her Peace and Dignity Journey.

Sophia is a member of the Cahto Tribe from Laytonville CA. This experience and sharing it with friends and family is especially important.

30 years ago the prophecy of the Eagle & Condor was activated in Quito, Ecuador, and from it was born

the first Peace and Dignity Journey. It is a 7 month commitment of abstinent, sober ceremony of over 6,000 miles that happens once every 4 years. Sophia has committed as core runner for the Northern route (Alaska to Colombia) in honor of Unity between Southern and Northern Tribes/Clans/Peoples, carrying the prayers for all Indigenous people and the land. This year’s theme is honoring Tlahtoa for the breath of life, introspection, and living in a good way.

The 2024 Peace and Dignity Journey connects Indigenous peoples from Fairbanks, Alaska to Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina, covering the entire western hemisphere in prayerful footsteps. This intercontinental, intertribal run connects Indigenous communities all along the route, strengthening ties and uplifting intergenerational healing.

Your contributions go directly to supplies and gear for Sophia completing this year’s journey.

Update on Sunday 7/21 the runners where at Ramona Band of Cahuilla.
