Support Sophia's Fight Against NF1
Donation protected

Recently, Sophia was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis, also known as NF1, a genetic disorder that presents numerous challenges. Following tests at Children's Hospital, Sophia was found to have hydrocephalus and a tumor on her optic nerves, requiring a type of chemotherapy treatment called a MEK inhibitor. Although the tumor's location is inoperable, Sophia's hope, courage, and optimism will continue to guide her. Surgery has successfully alleviated fluid buildup on her brain, marking a significant victory although Sophia’s treatment journey will be lengthy, our collective support will lead the way, illuminating a brighter future. We appreciate any assistance in our current battle with insurance companies for coverage. Her medication for her tumor is $1800 a bottle and she is on two bottles a month for the next 2 years. Sophia is grateful for your support. Thank you.❤️
