Support Spider's Crucial Surgery
Donation protected
This year has been a hard year with dealing with animal death, infections, procedures, and multiple vet visits in the last 6 months. One of the more serious cases being our dog Spider, who is near and dear to us and several friends and family members. Spider has been with Justin in his first apartment, his first Christmas living on his own, our first home, and he was who walked me down the aisle on our wedding day.
Anybody that knows Spider knows he’s the goodest boy and they brag about him to no end. This dog truly deserves everything good in the world. I’m asking for your assistance, no matter how small, to help with his TPLO surgery. Not only did we find out Spider has hip dysplasia this last month, which is a chronic health issue, but also a torn CCL (ACL in humans) and Meniscus. He is unable to use his right hind leg currently and his left hind leg, that is supporting a lot of his weight, is affected by the hip dysplasia the most between the two. He has severe atrophy to the right hind muscles that’s occurring rapidly. He also has been unable to play with his best friend Moose and his favorite toys.
It’s necessary for him to have this surgery to be pain free and doing what he loves again. Any big or small contribution will help us greatly in getting our boy playing again (his favorite thing to do). Not having this surgery could increase issues with his hip dysplasia as well as further injury to the current supportive hind leg. We thank anybody who donates to his surgery!
