Support Sridhar Lakkidi's Family through his untimely death

Our Friend Sridhar Lakkidi, aged only 42, passed away on April 22, 2025, after a prolonged fight for his life against de novo stage-4 gastric cancer, and cerebral stroke. What started out as a simple leg cramp, escalated to a life threatening condition, in just 10 days. The leg pain triggered a physician visit that revealed blood clots (Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation). This serious condition escalated aggressively, leading to a brain stroke on Feb-05-2025, and was subsequently diagnosed with stage-4 gastric cancer that required intensive rehabilitation. His rehabilitation was going per plan, until his sudden collapse, and eventual passing.

Sridhar was a loving father, a caring husband and dedicated community volunteer, and an ever supportive friend. His sudden passing has left his family, Wife along with an 8 year son, and 13 year daughter, reeling both emotionally and financially. Sridhar Lakkidi had always been the first to help others. Sadly, his own life took an unforeseen, and devastating turn. We are reaching out to humbly request your generous contribution to help support Sridhar’s immediate family.

Sridhar an IT professional works for Caterpillar, and his untimely passing has put the immigration status of his wife and children at risk. Sridhar’s wife is on a dependent visa, and as such, her options to sustain the family alone in the United States are challenging.
