Support Stellar Squad’s DI Global Finals Journey !!!

Stellar Squad is a group of six 5th grader girls from Cy-Fair ISD’s Warner Elementary who came together for the first time to compete in Destination Imagination (DI). They chose to do the Scientific challenge “Blast from the Past”. They presented a story about a character whose discovery of an artifact led to a finding that changed common belief about human history.

And what a journey they had so far.

The girls had been working together since the first week of September last year and have been putting up “Stellar” performances in the run-up to Globals, coming up winners (1st place at Elementary level in their challenge category at the Texas Gulf coast regionals) in February and 3rd at the Texas state level held at UT Arlington (April 12th -13th).

They are now heading to the Global Finals to be held in Kansas City, MO this May 22nd – 25th.

We are very grateful to Cy-Fair ISD who will be funding our registration and some additional expenses for the kid’s accommodation in Kansas City, MO.

There would still be many more expenses (travel, shipping our props, boarding & lodging) that the team is seeking your generous support.
