Support Steve Nguyen's Family
On May 2nd 2021, Steve Nguyen, a dedicated NSW Ambulance Paramedic and devoted father of 3 young children, tragically lost his life.
Steve, a beloved paramedic of 12 years, spending the majority of his career in South West Sydney, working many years in Fairfield Station until its closure, then working at Bankstown Superstation until his untimely passing. His colleagues, both Paramedics and Emergency Department Staff, always held Steve in high esteem, not only for his years of experience and knowledge but for his incredible sense of humour. Steve always brought a smile to everyone when he entered a room. There wasn't a bad job or brutal night shift that steve couldn't defuse with a well-timed joke and a sneaky smile.
Steve was the devoted father of Chelsea (18yo), Miranda (15yo) and Winston (12yo), who he adored and loved more than anything in the world. Conversations with Steve would always involve talking about how proud he was of his kids and their achievements. Steve would often talk about plans to take them overseas or make sure they all had the newest tech. It was clear to anyone who knew Steve, nothing was too good for his kids.
With Steve's sudden loss, their mother, Carpe, now finds herself taking on the responsibility of their futures on her own.
We have created this fundraiser to help ease Carpe's burden and provide for Steve's family in their time of need. Please dig deep and help our beloved friend by donating what you can. We would love it if you could please go to Steve's Facebook page and leave us a memory or funny story.
