My name is Morelle Bello. I have always had a passion for helping people. I mentor young people and currently run a young women organisation where we hold events and workshops for empowerment, networking and growth. We also equip the young ladies with life skills and information to aid with any issues they may be going through.
Sure24 (Charity No: 1150945) was set up by Pastor Sammy over 6 years ago, who has dedicated his life to getting children off the streets and dumpsites and giving them a better shot at life. There’s about 500+ children from baby to about 20 + years old. Helping to build the school, feeding people who live on a dumpsite, medical days and general activities and workshops with the kids at the orphanage.
This will be my first time joining the team in Kenya and I am very excited! I can't wait to meet the children and contribute in any and every way I can! I believe this journey will be a humbling experience and not only enlighten me but bring clarity to life,
My aim is to raise £900 which will cover:
1. Flight
2. Accomodation
4. Food
3. Donation towards appliances for the building of the school and library
I will be jetting off in December for 2 weeks so all donations before then are more than welcome!
A generous token will be a step forward towards my goal.
I will also be donating to the cause and holding fundraisers to raise more money of course :D
