Operation Ornaments: Loving Disaster Survivors

Operation Ornaments is a non-profit providing emotional support, hope and love in the form of handmade ornaments to survivors of disasters. 100% of all donations is used to support disaster survivors, our board of directors and coordinators are all volunteers. Survivors who have lost homes express that after journals and photos they miss their Christmas ornaments the most. Since 2020 people from around the United States, and the world, have donated 124,000 hand crafted ornaments serving more than 7400 families. Our desire is to help survivors understand they have not been forgotten. In 2024 we served survivors of a typhoon in Guam and survivors in Tennessee, Ohio, Mississippi, Iowa, Michigan, and Kentucky. 2025 will be an even bigger year with more than 24 billion dollar disasters in 2024.
