Support Susan's Battle Against Breast Cancer

Hi my name is Susan and I'm humbly asking for assistance as I fight breast cancer.

I’m very independent and really bad about asking for help but after a few rough years that have wiped out my savings, I’m in a tough spot so I am humbly asking for assistance.

There’s no recent history of breast cancer in my family so I thought breast cancer wouldn’t be an issue for me. I was wrong, I have stage 3 Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma that has expanded to my lymph nodes and I will be undergoing intense chemo for six months followed by surgery and then additional treatment. I’m told to expect a year of treatments, possibly longer depending on how it goes and what is found when the mass and lymph nodes are submitted for additional testing after surgery.

Between the time needed for all the medical appointments and the times I simply won’t feel up to working, I expect my income to take a hit when I need it most. I have two small business of which I am the only worker so when I don’t work; I don’t make any money.

I’m asking for help so I can pay the insurance premiums, copays, cover essential items for my care and to help cover the drop in income during the course of my treatment.

My grown children will help out as much as they can but they work full time so I will mostly be on my own with my beloved kitties.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
