Support Sushi's Critical Surgery Recovery

Hi, I'm Valeria and I'm fundraising for my cat Sushi. Sushi recently had to undergo emergency, life-threatening surgery after swallowing a foreign object that is currently causing a serious intestinal blockage.

Sushi is incredibly strong. He was born a playful, loving, and kind, precious cat, and even though he is about to turn one year old, he's still a kitten at heart who sways his tail like a puppy and purrs at the sight of you.

We didn't have time to wait. We had to act fast to save his life. The surgery cost $5,948.04, and that is not including the first vet visit that came down to $1,024.00. Your donations will go straight to any complications our Sushi might experience during and/or after surgery, too, and to cover the cost of surgery. Sushi means everything to us. We also have a senior cat by the name of Coco who is waiting for Sushi to come home. Our Coco is also very anxious for Sushi's safe return.

Right now, Sushi is due for surgery in hopes to retrieve the object stuck in his pylorus. We're not sure yet if he's going to make it, as the object could not be seen in the X-rays the vets have taken, and because of possible surgical complications. All we can do is wait, hope, and make sure he's as comfortable and supported as possible. We're emotionally drained and financially overwhelmed, which is why I'm asking for help now.

If you're able to contribute anything at all toward the cost of his surgery or even just share this with others, it would mean the world to me, my family, and Coco. I want to give him the best shot at healing, and not be buried in debt while doing it.
