Support Suwannee County Historical Museum

Edited to add: The museum received significant damage during Hurricane Helene. The roof needs to be replaced and some exhibits had water damage. All donations will go towards these repairs. We appreciate your support!

The Suwannee County Historical Museum has been a part of Suwannee County in different iterations since the 1980s. The goal of the museum is to preserve and share the history of Suwannee County while providing a fun and educational experience for our community and visitors. The museum has a free admission policy and relies on donations for exhibit upkeep, operations, and to ensure our history is kept present and available for anyone who visits us.

Historically, we have accepted in-person donations, but we have recently decided to accept donations electronically. We are also looking for sponsors; if you are interested in sponsoring an exhibit, please let us know.

The museum is open Friday and Saturday 10 am - 4 pm.
