Support Swazi Youth's US Adventure

Please help fund the trip of a lifetime to the US for Swazi youth, Suprise, Lusanda, and Nduduzo!

McKenna is returning home to the US for a month in August 2025 and will be bringing three of her Swazi host siblings with her for the visit!

Suprise (17), Lusanda (14), and Nduduzo (12) are part of McKenna's incredible host family whom she has lived with for the last two years and will continue to live with for the final year of her service. These three have become family to McKenna and she wants to share her life in the US with them in the same way they have shared their life in Eswatini with her. These kids have only left their community a handful of times so going to the US will be full of "firsts" for them, such as going on an airplane, to the beach, the zoo, float the river, etc. Additionally this trip will allow them an incredible experience to gain a new perspective on the world and practice their English skills extensively, both things that will help them greatly in the future.

Organizing this trip has taken significant logistical planning to coordinate ID cards, international travel consent, passports, visas, plane tickets, etc. It has taken multiple trips across the country and hours spent at the Eswatini Ministry of Home Affairs office and US Embassy to ensure that all the correct documents are in order so that the kids can travel with McKenna.

All expenses for this trip, document fees, flights, food, activities, items bought in the states etc. is being fully paid for by McKenna, and is very expensive. Especially on a volunteer salary! Any amount you can contribute to help offset some of these expenses would be greatly appreciated and mean so much to McKenna, the kids, and their family here in Eswatini.
