Support Tabitha Johnson's Heart Transplant Journey

Hello, my little cousin Tabitha Johnson is a hard working single mother. She has always been a great provider for her family. She has one son and a set of twins. She continued to work even though she had a defibrillator. It was very challenging but she was able to provide for her family. Unfortunately, her health has taken a turn for the worse. She was admitted in the hospital for three weeks. She was given the news she could no longer work. She was placed on the heart transplant list. She is only 39 years old, her family needs her. If anyone can donate anything it will be used to pay hers bill, take care of her medical needs and children during this difficult time.
