We're Caribbean To Go—soon to be your go-to for authentic Caribbean takeout and delivery, launching in mid-March as Tacoma’s first-ever service of its kind. After passing our pre-opening inspection, we’re in the final stretch—but we need a little help from our community to bring our vision to life.

About Us

Caribbean To Go is a special collaboration between Abby Woods (you might know me as the food magician behind Trini Plate) and K.D. Stringer of Bajan Station. Inspired by my Trinidadian heritage and honed through years in the kitchen, combined with K.D.'s expertise in Barbadian cuisine, we've created a menu that fuses the best of both worlds. We're teaming up to bring a unique, mouth-watering experience to Tacoma—something fresh, flavorful, and truly Caribbean.

Why We Need Your Support

Starting a food business isn’t cheap, and we want to do this right. Your donations will help cover essential startup costs, including:

New equipment, including pots, hotel pans, food storage containers, shelving—everything we need to cook up those bold island flavors.
