Palisades Fire Destroys Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park
Donation protected
The Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park in Pacific Palisades, a peaceful slice of heaven, was entirely destroyed when the devastating Palisades Fire rapidly moved through the park on Tuesday, January 7th. A sanctuary for so many, namely its many elderly residents, now lies in ruins. Here's a video taken by a brave neighbor when the fire took hold, and here's a video of what remains.
For the past five years, I’ve been privileged to have a home in this loving, tight-knit community. It’s a place where kindness thrives, friendships are cherished, and neighbors become family. My heart breaks again and again as I see these incredible people who built their lives here for decades, many of them seniors who poured their hearts and life-savings into their trailers, left with absolutely nothing.
Funds raised will be distributed by our dedicated tenant group to help those most in need cover immediate essentials like food, clothing, and shelter as they take the first steps towards rebuilding their lives. Every dollar donated can make a meaningful difference to help these resilient individuals begin to recover from this unimaginable tragedy.
