Support Tanya Reyes & Family After Devastating Fire

On the afternoon of January 9, 2025, the Eaton Canyon fire burned down the Altadena home of Tanya Reyes, her husband Tony, and her three young daughters, Solana, Moani, and Kili.

Tanya and her family were able to evacuate on time and are staying with a family member, but they only brought clothes for one night and their important documents. Everything else was lost, including Tanya's doula bag, her husband's work van and documents, and all of the children's things.

You know Tanya as an LAUSD teacher who teaches pregnant and parenting girls and through her tireless advocacy and fundraising for them every single school year. She collects diapers, baby supplies, teaches girls how to care for their infants, and does case management to help them find shelter.
