Support Taylor and Emmett Boone After Tragic Accident

Dear Friends,

I have started this GoFundMe on behalf of Taylor Boone's family.

This past holiday weekend on 7/5/24, Katy, Taylor and Emmett were involved in a devastating vehicle vs. train accident.

Taylor was admitted to the ICU with a broken jaw, multiple breaks in his pelvic bone and multiple broken ribs.

Their 6 year old son, Emmett suffered major injuries in multiple areas. Emmett will have a very long strenuous recovery ahead of him.

Unfortunately, Katy did not survive the accident.

Katy served the West Memphis community as a West Memphis School District teacher and dyslexia therapist.

She had a smile and laugh like no other and was always a joy to be around.

Emmett is such a fun-loving kid who enjoys spending time with his parents and Pawpaw Larry. He loves playing baseball, being outside and doing all kid/Boy things.

Medical expenses, rehabilitation, house bills and other costs can quickly overwhelm Taylor, who is now a single income parent and currently not able to work. I urge we all come together to support Taylor in overcoming the financial burden in the months ahead.

Your contribution, no matter the amount will help Taylor and Emmett navigate through these difficult times.
