Support Tayveon: A Brother's Brave Act

Hello My Name is Talia Mims, I’m writing on behalf of the Family of Tayveon Jackson. The 11 year that was struck by gunfire on 12/13 over a senseless road rage accident. When Tayveon told me about the tragedy in the trauma unit at the hospital. He told me that his game controller ( which his mom told him not take to school saved him from being riddled with bullets and how he shielded his little brother during the horrific incident That involved him, his grandfather, little brother and his big sister who’s only a year older than him, it broke my heart into pieces. I couldn’t stop telling him how he’s a super hero and how brave he was. I’ve been with friends with my God son’s Mother for over 19 years old. I always tell her she’s a superwoman. I can never see her struggles day to day because of her kindness for always helping others including my self and the love and compassion she has for her kids. She works so hard physically and mentally. She’s a mother of Four intelligent kids. Her oldest whom is in a wheelchair due to an malpractice 14 years ago and has cerebral palsy whom is being hospitalized due to health issues at the time the tragedy struck, is he still hospitalized until the doctors deem him capable of recovery. Tayveon Jackson whom is very compassionate about sports has just won MVP on his football team this past summer. Since football season has ended,He’s joined the basketball team at his school and was very eager to continue doing sports with his peers. However that has to be put on hold due to having multiple doctors appointments counseling sessions, news interviews and mental health days at school. I’m reaching out to everyone that has a heart that wouldn’t mind helping with emotional support, financial support and my prayer warriors to help with anything you feel your heart desires.
