Support Telisa Booker's Funeral Expenses

Hello, I am Timika Booker. I created this GoFundMe on behalf of my daughter, Telisa N. Booker. My family and I are seeking assistance to cover funeral expenses. Her illness was sudden and unexpected. No parent expects to bury their firstborn at 28 years old. We did not.

Sunrise: December 20, 1995

Telisa took ill in July with severe medical issues. Her hospital stays were long, arduous, and painful. Telisa, being the fighter she was, tried her best to beat her ailments. The most recent hospital stay was the hardest and her last. Our small but mighty warrior spent her last days fighting off several medical conditions. She succumbed to her illnesses, but not without a fight!

Telisa leaves behind to mourn: her parents, Patrick and Timika Booker; Patrick Booker, II (brother); a host of family members and friends; Delta Sigma Theta sorors; the CA Lady Phoenix Basketball Team (Young Dynasty); co-workers; classmates; and a host of others who cared for and loved her determined spirit.
