Honoring Teresa Anne Page: Help Us Lay Her to Rest

Dear Family, Friends, and Kindhearted Supporters,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Teresa Anne Page, a cherished wife, mother, nana, and friend. Teresa will be laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, alongside her late husband, Frank, who was the love of her life. Their bond was a beautiful testament to love, loyalty, and faith. We find peace knowing they will be together again.

As we prepare for Teresa’s final journey, we are reaching out to ask for help in covering her funeral arrangements. While Fort Sam Houston offers a dignified resting place as a widow of a veteran, there are still many expenses associated with the service and burial, and we want to honor her in the most respectful way possible.

Teresa’s life was one filled with kindness and generosity. She was always there for others—whether offering a smile, a listening ear, or support to those in need.

When her children were young, she sacrificed countless times to provide for them without hesitation. As a young widow, life was often a struggle for Teresa, yet her kids never felt it. She shielded us and through her faith and frugality, we never knew growing up how difficult a time she had. This devotion extended into our adult lives as well. As the grandbabies arrived, she happily babysat and spoiled those four children with every ounce of her time, energy, heart, and often money.

Teresa’s heart of caregiving seamlessly extended into her professional life as she was a devoted attendant to many clients who were either people with disabilities or older adults.

Teresa took pride in helping others complete daily activities that most of us take for granted while working in nursing facilities. As a personal attendant for people living in the community, she ensured that those in her care were safe at home, not only by helping them with those daily living activities but also by assisting with tasks such as cooking healthy meals, running errands, and providing transportation and assistance for everything from going to the grocery store to doctor appointments.

Teresa always strived to support others, despite her own struggles. Now, in this difficult time, we ask for your support in helping us say goodbye.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward covering her funeral costs and ensuring that Teresa receives the beautiful farewell she deserves.

Examples of the expenses your donation will help to cover include Teresa’s transportation from Fort Worth, TX, to San Antonio, TX, and the services of Bexar Memorial Funeral Home & Cremations. Bexar Memorial is also coordinating the graveside funeral arrangements on Teresa’s behalf with Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

We are deeply grateful for your prayers, love, and generosity during this time.

Thank you for helping us honor Teresa's memory and for being a part of her journey home.

With Heartfelt Gratitude,
Angela Page and Family
