You’ll follow her on the women’s surfing circuit from Morocco to Portugal to Australia to the USA, France, Bresil and beyond. She will share her results as well insights into the life of a professional athlete, and what she thinks of the places she is traveling to.

WHO IS TESSA ? - QUI EST TESSA ? 

 

EN: "Living the dream", Tessa is a professional surfer from the Caribbean, St Barths. At 25 years old she is the best female surfer from the French Caribbean & finished ranked 17th on the international tour of the second division. A knee injury with subsequent surgery and covid pandemic, 2020, put a hold on her career, but she's back even stronger, with a new dynamic & new professional environment ! Member of the French National Team, she's back onto her international competitions but with even bigger goals.

FR: "La vie de rêve", Tessa est une surfeuse professionnelle des Caraïbes, St Barthelemy. Agée de 25ans, elle est la meilleure surfeuse des Caraïbes Françaises et actuellement classée 17ième mondiale dans la 2eme division. En 2020, une importante blessure au genou entrainant opération et rééducation et la situation du COVID, ont engendré une pause dans sa carrière , période durant laquelle elle a été tenue hors de l'eau pendant plusieurs mois . De retour à l'attaque, elle revient encore plus forte avec une nouvelle dynamique et un encadrement plus professionnel ! Membre actif de l'équipe de France, elle réintègre les compétitions internationales mais avec des objectifs encore plus grands.

 

WHAT ARE HER GOALS ? - QUELS SONT SES OBJECTIFS ? 

 

EN: Junior World champion in her category 2015, she's had many other major results but now she has a bigger goal which is to compete in the 2024 Olympic Games representing the French National Team.

Which gives her time to prepare, push her limits further and also work onto her other major goal : To qualify for the 1st Women Surfing Division of the World Championship Tour. ( @WorldSurfLeague)

FR: Championne du monde dans sa catégorie en 2015, elle a eu plusieurs autres résultats majeurs mais se concentre à présent sur des échéances telles que les Jeux Olympiques 2024 avec l'équipe de France de surf. 

Elle utilise ce temps précieux pour se préparer et repousser ses limites en vue d'un autre objectif majeur, qui est de se qualifier sur le WCT qui représente le plus haut niveau féminin.
