On Sunday the 5th March, I will be running the St Helens 10k in memory of our amazing beautiful family Dog Willow who sadly passed away on Friday 3 March 2023.

Willow was rescued by the RSPCA and rehoused with our family in 2009, she was a very loved dog to our Son Ellis who was 3 and the rest of the family. Without the RSPCA we would never have had the opportunity to get to spend so many years with such amazing loving family dog.
