Grinch Steals Anderson Family's Halloween Business

My friends Liz and Wes Anderson from Lacey, Washington, along with their kids Liam and Emmily, run Cutout Creation PNW They're a wildly popular vendor at local markets, like the Haunted Farmers Market in Tacoma, and most recently, the Fremont Sunday Market in Seattle.

Sometime in the night of October 11, 2024, their rented Uhaul truck with their entire business inside was stolen from outside the La Quinta Hotel in Federal Way. They were staying at the hotel after wrapping up at the Haunted Night Market in Lacey, ahead of upcoming weekend shows in Tacoma and Seattle.

The Andersons' business has been booming the last few months, with shoppers loving their creative and fun pins and clever, "punny" handmade items. Their costumes and decorations are the talk of the market!

The market sales have been absolutely life changing for them, as they save up for a work van for Wes and pay off their bills. They've also provided an amazing opportunity for their two homeschooled children to gain hands-on experience about running a small business.

Losing their entire inventory in one night is devastating. Their market season is now over, just as we head into the holidays, the busiest time of year.

Let's help them make up some of that loss, and sleep a little easier, after a way too scary start to Halloween.

Thank you for supporting my friends!
