Support the arts in Lynda A. N. Reyes' memory

The Brand Library & Art Center has always been a special place for my mom, Lynda, and the family.

The Brand Art Library was frequented many times by my dad, mom, brother, and me during our childhood. My brother took art classes there as a child, and I loved reading comic book compilations and graphic design books. We also spent many free days in the picturesque surrounding grounds and park.

Not only has Lynda participated in multiple art exhibits in the Brand Art Library gallery, but my brother Allen, dad Albert, and I also have exhibited artwork there.

A few days before the funeral, I stopped by the Brand Art Library to reminisce about my mom and my childhood, and I saw the gallery had a donor wall. Later that day, it occurred to me how fitting it would be if we could support this special place in my mom's memory.

While any amount donated in her name will be meaningful, if we reach the donation goal, my mom, Lynda, will be recognized with her name on the art gallery’s donor wall.

Lynda A. N. Reyes, 67, passed away on July 9, 2022 at Kaiser Permantente L.A. Medical Center.

Her funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Glendale Forest Lawn.
